In 2011, I resolve not to go to Whole Foods – or any grocery store for that matter – on a holiday or holiday eve. After nearly 20 minutes in the parking lot at the North location, we braved the crowds for a few specialty items to help ring in the new year.
The Main Course:
Watercress salad with parmesan, candied walnuts and fried shallots, smoked lamb chop, swiss chard with lemon butter glaze, potato pumpkin puree
